Renew:

Defined as “to restore energy or vitality.” This retreat provides a much-needed opportunity for leaders to step away from their daily routines, reflect on their leadership journey, and recharge. Through intentional rest and reflection, leaders will return to their work renewed and ready to take on the challenges facing their organizations and the community.

Elevate:

To “raise to a higher position.” Elevating your leadership is a central purpose of this retreat.
